Mystery Les Higgins 25mm French gunners

John Cunningham has sent these photos of Les Higgins artillery in shakos. These figures don't appear in any listing, and are not among the moulds which NapoleoN now have and are putting back into production.

Could they be conversions,, I have some L/H french infantry that have pom poms on there shakos instead of plumes.

definitely not conversions, check out the tunics different to the GHA crew, i've closely examined them no sign of head swop, castings are whole not stuck together or anything like that
when i first saw them i too thought they were conversions but as i said definitely not conversions

That,s because they are lamming and not Higgins!! The shako has thick bands like unto lamming and not like Hihhins whose relief modelling is much lower!!

I dont think there Lamming the base's are the wrong style for both 20 & 25 mil versions.
Excellent figure's John would like to find out more about them.

bit more info, figures have epaulettes, same size as GHA figs, bases are marked PMD NF34, which is a bit confusing as it's the same coding as GHA
